Press Menu—-> Network—-> Network Setting—-> D net Update—-> Press the Red button to Start the update .

* For the OTT ZEED Model for ISTAR Receivers
Press Menu—-> Network—-> D net Update—-> Press the Red button to Start the update

* For the Classic and Mega Models for ISTAR Receivers
Press Menu—-> upgrade —-> Online Update—-> Press the Red button to Start the update .
-If the equipment is not operating (Defective) we can exchange it for you.
We accept Returns within 3 days of the customer receiving the item, but the Buyer should pay the return shipping cost & Item must be sent back in Original Condition ,

-No return acceptable for a codes.

We ship the item the Next day after the payment has been received, If there is a delay in the shipment, we will notify the buyer immediately. We use PostCanada.

Delivery Times are different depending on the shipment methods, postCanada takes 2-3 business days around Ontario; another pronvice mail takes 7-10 business days. The delivery times is up to the post office, For the Codes, you will receive it by Email within one hour during our work hours
( Eastern Time) . If you buy it after work hours, you will receive it the next day
